Sometimes we feel irritated and even angry with other people.  This is a very painful state of mind and  often leads to arguments and broken relationships.  Buddha teaches us ways of viewing others that allow us to hold love in our hearts no matter how difficult the circumstances may be. These teachings can benefit everyone.

December 3 – Understanding Kindness

December 10 –  Building  Harmony

December 17 – Do Not Look for Faults in Others
