We all want to make changes in our life. We want to be less insecure, less fearful, less angry, less depressed, etc. And we want to be more confident, courageous, happy, creative and so forth. But we find it difficult to make these changes and to bring about these new versions of ourself that we long for.
The practice of meditation, combined with Buddha’s insights on the psychology of transformation, will enable us to release our self-limiting views and give us the confidence and skill to make these life-enhancing changes. The Evening will include a talk, guided mediation and time for question & answer, and refreshments. Everyone Welcome.
