Healing Relationships: Half-Day Course
If we check we will see that we have a natural desire to feel close to others, and enjoy lasting relationships that feel satisfying and meaningful. Yet sometimes in our close relationships we end up feeling disappointed, angry or just disconnected from the very people we love.
In this half-day course based in Buddhist psychology we will use practical methods of meditation to repair this sense of distance between ourself and others so that we can experience and maintain a genuine feeling of love. Everyone Welcome.
