We live in a complicated world with so many distractions and so many things competing for our attention. It can be difficult not to feel overwhelmed by the amount of choices we have. The complexity we experience is actually coming from our attachment, whereas simplicity comes from having a simple and peaceful mind.
By living with purpose, deciding what is important, and then gradually letting go of what’s not important, we can live simply in a complicated world and experience real freedom and joy. This course will include guided meditation, talks and time for discussion. Refreshments will be served during the break. Everyone Welcome.
