In our ordinary life, even though we work very hard to find happiness it remains elusive for us, whereas problems seem to come naturally, without any effort. Since we often develop negative states of mind that easily destroy our happiness, we need to change what we are doing with our mind.  If instead, we can learn how to partner with our own peaceful and positive states of mind, then we will come to understand that our mind can be our most powerful ally and a sincere and reliable friend.

In our modern busy life we spend a lot of our time working, and It is easy to feel stressed and unhappy at work even if we work from home. We experience pressure from deadlines, competing demands, unreasonable expectations, and inflexible people.
