All our problems and difficulties ultimately come from our misunderstanding about how we our self, others and all phenomena exist. By opening our wisdom eye that sees things as they really are, we will learn to overcome all the distorted minds -such as craving, anger and jealousy – that cause us to suffer. This retreat is is a precious opportunity to meditate on Buddha’s wisdom teachings and by doing so, find deep inner peace and freedom.
*The retreat is a follow-up to the ‘Seeing Behind Appearances, Awakening our Inner Wisdom’ half-day course. Please note that you are welcome to attend the retreat even if you were not able to make the course as some review and instruction will be given before each guided meditation. Everyone welcome!
Each session will include guided meditation and a practical teaching on how to develop a peaceful mind. This course is appropriate for anyone and chairs will be provided.
Session 1: 10am – 11:15am
Session 2: 11:45am – 1pm
