No Class on September 26 for Southern Dharma Celebration

Train you mind! Do not fall into the trap of thinking you are stuck feeling a certain way forever. Buddhist psychology provides ingenious and novel ways to shift mental attitudes from states of loneliness, unhappiness, and anxiety to experiences of confidence, inner peace and inner strength.
In this course we will examine various time-tested strategies for training the mind. In particular, we will look at methods that help us confront painful or unhappy ways of thinking and being and see how to work through them logically and effectively. This series will empower you to use these meditations both quietly in your own time and throughout the busyness and hectic pace of daily life.
