About this event

The times we live in can feel quite challenging, and we can often feel discouraged, powerless, and hopeless. Where does hope come from and how do we find it? In this mini course we will explore our own power/potential to cultivate hope, inner strength and resilience that cannot be destroyed by the circumstances that surround us. Includes guided meditation, a talk, time for Q & A and refreshments.

**Livestream option available for members who can’t make it to the center, and those doing a one month trial before becoming a member. In-person attendance always available without membership.

Zoom link will be in your purchase order when you register. If link doesn’t open please cut and paste in your browser. If you don’t receive purchase order check your junk mail. Any problems email admin@meditationinashevill.org
