Difficult Conversations: A Buddhist Perspective

Saturday Morning Mini Course, January 14 | 10 – 11:30am, with Modern Buddhism Teacher Sharon Lovich

Je Tsongkhapa Kadampa Buddhist Center. 1070 Tunnel Road, Building 2, Unit 20.

Difficult Conversations! Few of us like them, but we’ve all had them. We’ve had them at work, with friends, with family, with partners, and with those we may not even know  well. Normally we try to avoid them, they can feel highly uncomfortable, especially if we are conflict adverse, or worry a lot about what others think of us.

In this Saturday mini course explore this timely topic from a buddhist perspective. We will look at some practical do’s and don’ts, but mainly gain insight into how to engage in difficult conversations with confidence, wisdom and a kind heart. Includes guided meditation a talk, discussion and refreshments.
