One of the most important minds to cultivate in our spiritual life is a mind of appreciation for the kindness we have received from others, particularly from our mother. But, this feeling of appreciation can be difficult to cultivate if we are feeling hurt, distant or estranged from our mother.

In this talk we will see how we can move beyond these limitations and learn to deeply appreciate our mother regardless of the relationship we currently have or had in the past. Cultivating this warm and friendly heart, first towards our mother, we can then learn to extend it to everyone. This talk will include a guided meditation, and time for discussion. Everyone Welcome.
