About this event

Please note this retreat will now take place on Saturday August 30

Understanding and meditating on Buddha's teachings on ‘subtle impermanence’ will help us learn to let go of and heal the past. Often we live in the present through the lens of the past, and this keeps us stuck in old habits and ways of relating to ourselves and others. During this day retreat we will explore practical teachings and meditations that we will give us the insight to move beyond the past so we can live fully and vibrantly in the present. Everyone Welcome.
