How To Succeed at Meditation Without Really Trying

Half-Day Course Saturday March 26 | 10:30am – 1pm with Resident Teacher Sharon Lovich

Most of the problems we experience when we are new to meditation comes from straining at our concentration. It is common to expect meditation to be like other activities where we can “push hard” to accomplish our goal. In meditation, however if we exert too much pressure we just get tense and tired.

Meditation would not be like paddling upstream; it should be like sailing. There is work fo be done, but once we have ‘put up our sail’ our meditations should feel relaxed and spacious. In this course, come learn how to ‘sail’ in meditation so you can deeply enjoy this meaningful experience.
