Normally we try to find happiness and solutions to our problems by putting our energy into improving our external conditions. But this outward focus doesn’t deliver, and instead often leaves us vulnerable to disappointment, dissatisfaction, and disillusionment.
In these Friday night monthly classes using practical, reliable methods from Buddhist psychology we can learn to see things differently and through this develop inner peace, satisfaction and deeper meaning in our life.
