About this event

Kadam Lamrim' or ‘Stages of the Path to Enlightenment’, is a very practical presentation of all the teachings given by Buddha. By engaging in this practice we systematically learn and deepen our understanding of all the essential meditations of the Buddhist path to enlightenment.

Through engaging in these special instructions and living in accordance with the insights we gain our mind will become progressively more peaceful, positive, loving, patient, and wise. Eventually, through continually training in these ‘Lamrim" instructions we will actualize our full potential.

This retreat will be based on the special presentation of the 15 Lamrim Meditations from Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s, ‘Mirror of Dharma with Additions".  Everyone is welcome to attend. If you can not attend all the sessions you are still welcome to come to the sessions you are able to make.
