In this special course, Guest Teacher American Buddhist Monk Gen Kelsang Tabay, will help connect us to our extraordinary potential for mental freedom and lasting happiness, and will give us practical methods for dealing with daily problems peacefully and skillfully.

About the Teacher

Gen Kelsang Tabkay is a Kadampa Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Phoenix. He has been a student of contemporary Buddhist Master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for 12 years, having received empowerments and lineage blessings directly from him. Gen Tabkay presents Buddhism and meditation in an accessible and clear way, dedicating himself to bringing peace into the hearts of others. He was previously the Education Program Coordinator and Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center South Carolina.
