it’s not always easy to live, work and play in harmony and all get along. Communicating effectively and openly with others can often feel challenging. Our wants and wishes can sometimes be at odds. Small misunderstandings rumbling under the surface, maybe without our even being aware of them, can over time, erode away a feeling of closeness to others.
So what can we do to improve our daily interactions with our children, our partners, our parents, our friends and our coworkers? This workshop will explore practical methods from Buddhist Psychology that will give us greater flexibility and skill to be able to reduce conflicts and enjoy all our relationships much more. Workshop will include guided meditations, talks and time for questions. Everyone Welcome
