Meditation & Letting Go of Stress

3 Week Drop-In Series.

In this chaotic world, is it possible to be free of stress and worry? Yes it is!

It’s nearly impossible in our modern busy lives to meet anyone who doesn’t experience some form of stress. Few things can be more debilitating and we all know the toll it can take on us both mentally and physically.

Through the practice of meditation, we can transform stressful situations into opportunities for growth and become the person we’ve always wanted to be. In this series of guided meditations and talks we will receive clear guidance on how through meditation we can let go of stress. Through gaining insight into our mind we can even let go of the underlying causes of stress and get to the point where we even enjoy situations we previously found unenjoyable, now seeing them as opportunities for growth.
