Overcoming Stress: Friday Night Public Talk & Meditation

Stress is so common in our busy, fast-paced life. We tend to think that situations or people in our life cause our stress or unhappiness so
we then invest a lot of mental energy to figure out how to fix those situations or people, making our mind even more stressed and increasing our problems. Buddha taught that all our unhappiness, stress and irritation comes from our mind. By learning to identify the actual causes of stress, we can begin to understand how to become free from it.

During this talk, we will explore special ways of thinking and meditations that heal the mind of the source of these problems. There will be time for Q & A and refreshments will be served after the talk.
