About this event
“The real source of happiness is inner peace”
How to Transform Your Life
~Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
In our life we put a lot of energy into searching for happiness. We believe if we find the right partner, position or possessions, line things up just right, then we will experience a happy life. Yet even after applying much effort, we are still searching for but not finding what we seek.
On this short retreat, based in Buddhist Psychology, we will explore practical teachings and simple meditations that will help build a stable, and reliable experience of inner peace, the real source of happiness, regardless of our external circumstances. Includes guided meditations, talks, time for Q&A and a break with refreshments. Everyone Welcome.
