We should know that right now we have a precious opportunity to create happiness for our self and others. We just need to know how to do it. In Buddha’s teachings we can gain an understanding of where joy and well-being actually come from, and practical instructions to create it in our own life. Join us for this 1/2 day meditation workshop with Buddhist nun, Gen Lhadron as we explore these methods that give us a real cause for optimism and plan out your own happy life.
