Worry can be a big part of our lives.  We worry about what we did or what we will do.  As soon as we stop worrying about one thing something else starts to bother us.  Begin to see how we can let go of worry and enjoy each moment by holding states of mind that lead to peace and happiness.  Worry is related to holding views about ourselves, others and situations that are mistaken.  Through wisdom we can begin to shine light on the real cause of our worry and then we will be free from it.
