About this event

Meditation these days is widely understood and used as method for calming the mind and becoming more mindful and centered, as well as improving overall wellness. However meditation as presented by Buddha is so much more than that!

In this public talk and guided mediation, we will learn how to use meditation as a profound tool for discovering the incredible potential of the mind. Connecting to the natural peace, energy and love that lies within opens us up to a much deeper joy and purpose within which to experience our life. It also naturally gives us the tools to transform our difficulties so that they too become part of our spiritual growth and development.

Everybody welcome.
