About this event
Held at Mount Mitchell Eco Retreat
We may often feel our capacity to help others is limited but through the practice of ‘taking and giving’ we can tap into the unlimited potential of our mind, thus going beyond our ordinary perceptions and limitations and learn how to really bring benefit to ourselves and others. By combining our breath with these meditations, we can gradually increase our capacity for love, joy, and compassion; purify negative karma - the main cause of our own suffering, and begin to awaken the precious mind of Bodhichitta.
Taking this special opportunity to quiet the mind, free from everyday distractions you will gain actual experience of these beautiful and profound meditations, which will give you confidence to make a positive lasting difference in your own life and those around you. Everybody Welcome.
