When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within.
The meditation on the clarity of the mind is one of the best and most powerful methods to facilitate this shift - allowing us to easily let go of busyness and distraction and to access an experience of mental peace and calm.
In this special weekly series, we will learn step-by-step how to meditate on the nature of the mind - a state of inner clarity that naturally restores our well being and reveals our unlimited potential for growth and development.
Find the missing peace and discover your true self - or ‘Buddha Nature’ - through this simple, yet profound meditation.

With so many things we can do with our life, or ways to spend our time, or places to focus our energy, how do we extract the greatest meaning from the time we have on this planet. In this series we will explore the topics of meaning, purpose, and intention, and from our exploration create an inner road map that will us help to live a purposeful and meaningful life.
